Preparation
blanch the onions with the lard. Put the green kahle into a large pot. Loosen the cabbage and add some salt and water. Heat it all up.
Nicola potatoes unpeeled into salted water and cook for about 30 Min.
Place the slices of Kaiserfleisch and Bratenkasseler ca. 40 Minutes und die Kransky sausages ca. 1/2 hrs. on top of the cabbage.
meanwhile peel the potatoes. Heat up the butter or lard in 2 big frying pans. Fry the potatoes from all sides golden brown, add some salt and finally caramelise the potatoes with the sugar.
Serve with the green kahle and the meats and a German beer
