Heat up the remaining oil in the pan. fry the onions, add the apples and give them a quick blanching. Add some water and let it simmer in for a little bit. Spice with salt and pepper and add about half of the majoran leaves. Add the Sausages.
Beat the eggs with the milk and add the nutmeg and some salt and pepper. Place the vegetables in a large souffle dish. Mix in between the sausages and apples and poor the egg milk over it. spread the cheese on the top. Bake the dish for 30 - 35 minutes at 180 - 200 Degrees in the oven
